Renovated traditional village house in a lively village,with all amenities. This historic mountain village has all the benifits of rural life whilst being within easy reach of the beautiful seaside town of Fethiye, making it extremely popular with Turkish and Europeans alike. The House has an open plan living/dining room with an adjacent kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, one with on suite, family bathroom, balcony to the front and first floor terrance with seating and dining area. Walled and paved garden well stocked with mature fruit trees. To the front of the house is the mulberry tree that gives the house it's name. With it's low cost of living,(not yet in the euro zone),and high standard of living Turkey makes an ideal retirement/holiday location, flights are 4-41/2 hours from UK. Due to commitments we cannot spend as much time there as before and feel we need to be in quick reach of the UK. Would like to swap for similar size, must have a garden, would consider partially renovated, preferably Aquitaine or Midi-Pyrenees, but would consider other areas.
