Pay or cash-in the difference
If the value of the two properties is different, you will pay or cash-in the difference. Working closely with our international banking partners we can organise:
- Mortgages / equity release
- The transfer of remaining funds can be arranged outside of France helping to avoid currency exchange charges
- Vendor Credit - if you are not eligible for a mortgage, the vendor may agree to give you a secured loan for the difference.
